For those of you on Facebook, I’ve added a profile there.
Testing out the format for now. Part of why I’ve been so absent here is that I have another account on Facebook that is more family friendly and have been spending more time there the last couple of months. But I’m not giving up my LJ and have been feeling more energized to blog lately. So you can still follow me here.
But knowing what a popularity contest Facebook can be for some folks, if you’d like to pad your friends list with a Pro Domme send me a friend request and I’ll add you. It’s under Katherine Beasley.
And just so ya know…there will be no twittering. So if ya wanna keep up its LJ, Facebook…or the obvious, come see me in person!
Anyone who has played with me knows my absolute FAVORITE way to help prevent prostate cancer. Before or after said medical technique I may have mentioned one of the other doctor recommended items…
EAT YOUR DAMN TOMATOES!!!
“In a notable Harvard study of nearly 48,000 men, for example, those who ate more then two servings of tomato sauce a week were up to 36% less likely to develop prostate cancer over a 12-year period than men who ate less than one serving a month.”
Lycopene, learn to love it lads.
There are other sources like pink grapefruit, watermelon, and the very potent(and suggestively shaped) gac. Unlike most fruits and veggies cooking actually makes tomatoes more powerful. And taking lycopene as a supplement, may not be that useful a method.
Check out this article for more info.
Because I think most men(and the women who love them) would agree, keeping your prostate happy and healthy, is worth a little spaghetti with red sauce.
Oh, and as to that other “technique”…for those months when you can’t get in to see me…
